Have you ever live with someone that is pregnant for the very first time before?, if you havel, you’ll have a glimpse of what change is. Living with my pregnant sister for a couple of weeks makes me to understand and realize how painful the process of change is. You know when a young lady got pregnant for the very first time she might finds it so hard to cope with the physiological, psychological, and physical changes that goes along with pregnancy. Yes, the different phases of changes she’s going to pass through for nine months might be painful but at the end it really worth passing through, because the joy of the new born baby is going to subdue those pains.

The main reason for this type of adamant attitude is because we humans, we are always scared of the process of change. We all want a better, radiant, meaningful life and at the same time we don’t want to pass through the painful process of change that goes along with having a better life.
Students alway dream of acing their classes and at the same time they don’t want to break their usual routine, they can’t cope with changing from reading for 30min to 4hours per day. They can’t just immerse there self in the process of change.
A business man will always dream of having six figure numbers in his account and at the same time he doesn’t want to go through the process of change, he is so afraid of losing, he is so scared that he might loss all his investment if he trys to change something from his usual strategy of business.
As the popular platitude says “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result”. So friends break something away, add something new, immerse yourself into the process of change and you’ll see a different result.
“The process of change might be painful but the end thereof is gainful”… Erythrox
